If you are reading this because a GroundWise report pointed you here, the page you want is the Beta Participation Notice — that is what applies to a report issued during the free beta.
Report requests are paused as of 17 August 2026. GroundWise ran a free beta earlier this year, during which reports were provided free and no payment was taken. Requests are now closed while we complete our company formation, and the site is not collecting any information — there is no request form and no address lookup. Nothing is being sold.
The terms that applied to a beta report are set out in the Beta Participation Notice, which covers what the report is, what it cannot tell you, and what happens to the information you gave us. That notice remains in effect for reports already issued, including the commitment to delete your information on request.
A full Terms of Use will govern the paid report when it becomes available. It is being drafted and reviewed, and will be published here — naming the contracting company — before anything is offered for sale. It will address matters that only arise once a product is sold: warranties, limitation of liability, refunds, permitted use, and dispute resolution.
We would rather leave this page saying so plainly than publish an unfinished contract and ask anyone to agree to it.
